A baffle separator or cyclone separator efficiently separates the water from the compressed air. The separated water is then discharged from the dryer through a drain valve.
The resulting compressed air, which has a lower temperature, is close to the ambient temperature and is transported out from the air outlet. The heat exchanger assembly and air connection of the refrigerated dryer are constructed from 304S stainless steel, setting them apart from carbon steel-based products. The wind condenser's surface is coated with a corrosion-resistant nano coating, effectively extending its operational lifespan.

Moreover, as the pre-cooler retrieves around 90% of the cooling capability, this effectively reduces the pressure of the evaporator and energy consumption of the entire machine, making it only 70% of what other similar products consume.
